In conjunction with Williamsburg’s 3rd Ward, Paper Garden Records will shine a new light (literally) on our everyday perception of music and art.  Challenging and exploring the relationship between the senses, Multiverse Playground’s grandiose light installation will illuminate and embody the atmosphere and sound of Paper Garden's blossoming artists - Emanuel and the Fear, Peasant, and Darla Farmer.

An idea spawned by conceptual art visionary Larry Mayorga, the light display for the event will be dependent on the music and exclusively designed for the bands.   The production is one that will result in a hypnotic and seductive performance that heightens the viewer’s awareness of the space, lighting and their relationship with the constructed environment and the music. This will become a responsive art/light installation that will trigger an intimate and emotional connection between the music and the viewer, an experience only fully appreciated in physical presence!

PLUS photography by Heidi Greenwood and a must-see live conceptual art performance by New York art collective - Art Battles, Stand up acts by Comedy Central's Kurt Metzger and music from Brooklyn's Boy Crisis with special guest appearance by Das Racist!  DANCE PARTY!
