This class will go over the advantages of shooting raw files, downloading and browsing in Adobe Bridge, processing and image enhancement in Adobe Camera Raw and finally Photoshop's fascinating retouching methods, including solutions for color correction, exposure settings, layer masks, skin retouching and light compositing. Learn a bag of new tricks and retouch your old ones.

This class is for a wide range of Photoshop users, with one recommendation- if you've never ever opened Photoshop and laid eyes on the tool bar, take the Photoshop Intensive first and then come join us! Students are encouraged to bring their own images for the second and third meetings, but we will provide files when necessary.

Originally from Israel, Ella Manor is a fashion photographer and contemporary artist living and working in New York City. 1st and 2nd place winner of the 2008 Prix de la Photographie Paris in both beauty and self portraiture categories, Manor’s work has won numerous other awards and has been published in Harper’s Bazaar, After Capture, Creative Quarterly and B&W magazine to name a few.
