In this workshop we will make a Saint John's Wort lip balm as well as explore making our own infused oils using different plants for aroma and medicinal qualities . Please bring a small empty container for your lip balm to the workshop.

Instructor
Joanne Sherrow is a textile and graphic designer based in Brooklyn, NY. Her clients include Victoria's Secret, Calvin Klein, Anthropologie, Seamen Schepps, and Liz Claiborne. Joanne teaches Adobe Illustrator for fashion design and digital archiving for artists and collectors at the Fashion Institute of Technology and fashion digital studio classes in Parsons School of Design's undergraduate fashion department. Joanne has also been involved in recording and performing experimental electronic music with the bands Confetti System and Tic-tac-oh.
